Dr. Muhammad Fateh Ullah Khan:  He is Ph.D. in Animal Production (Animal Nutrition.) from New Mexico State University, USA, M.S. Animal Production, New Mexico State University, USA (1986-1989). MSc (Honors), (Animal Nutrition). University of Agriculture Faisalabad, Pakistan 1978-1981 and D.V.M. from University of Agriculture Faisalabad, Pakistan (1974-1978). With 37 years of professional experience in livestock and dairy development, value chain and access to market at national and international levels, Dr. Fateh is retired from the Government Services as Senior Director from Animal Sciences Institute, National Agricultural Research Centre (NARC), and Islamabad. During his professional tenure, he has been accredited for working on various PSDP and donor funded projects, like, ADB funded Pat Feeder Command Area Development Project (PFCADP) and FAO funded Livestock and Access to Market Project (LAMP) and Livestock by products value chain.


He has extensive experience in capacity development of a wide range of local stakeholders including local communities, farmers, CSOs, and government departments on animal health, dairy processing, value addition and agro- based industrial wastes and livestock. His contributions, particularly for introducing improved fodder varieties for livestock growth are well recognized. He is honorary member of American Society of Animal Science, Pakistan animal Husbandry Association (PAHA), Committee of IUCN-SPCS, Planning, Environment and Development unit, Government of Pakistan, Agriculture Advisory Board, Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock Government of Pakistan and Associate Member of Nutritionist Association of Pakistan.
